This is one of my own favorites, not only because is a classic, but because of bouquet of flavor and aromas, and interestingly, the degree of roasting magnify different flavor and aromas, therefore sometimes, deliberately roast a batch lighter or darker (the one writing this is me, the roaster, Juan)
