Why MCT in your coffee?  MCT stands for medium chain triglycerides, that is a group of fats that our body processes differently:  instead of storing them, our body converts them instantly into ketones.  Ketones is our alternative source of energy, and our brains love ketones.  The other way of making ketones is by not eating any carbs.

If it is your first time taking MCT, you may want to start slowly, until your body gets used to it.

Now, why MCT on your coffee?  Because sometimes we need more energy than coffee.   You can take a spoonful of MCT oil, but doesnt taste as good as in Odacrem Cold brew.
